Most Aid to Ukraine Has Come from the United States
Tracking Financial and Military Aid to Ukraine
The Ukraine Support Tracker, a project of the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, lists and quantifies military, financial, and humanitarian aid pledged to Ukraine by governments since February 2022. According to the tracker, the majority of committed support has come from the United States, with a total aid commitment valued at approximately $75 billion.
Western Nations Provide Significant Aid
Since January 2022, mostly Western nations have pledged more than $380 billion in aid to Ukraine, including nearly $118 billion in direct military aid. The Joe Biden administration and the US Congress have directed approximately $75 billion in assistance to Ukraine, which includes humanitarian, financial, and military aid.
