Muniz and Lukic on Target as Cottagers Thrash North London Giants
Fulham continued their impressive start to the season with a resounding 3-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in a London Derby at Craven Cottage on Monday, 23rd January 2023.
Goals Galore for Fulham
Carlos Vinicius put Fulham ahead in the 17th minute when he tapped home from close range after a scramble in the Tottenham box. Aleksandar Mitrovic doubled the lead just before half-time when he headed in from a teasing cross by Kenny Tete, continuing his prolific goalscoring form for the Cottagers.
Fulham sealed the win in the second half when Manor Solomon added a third goal with a composed finish into the bottom corner.
Tottenham's Woes Continue
Tottenham's poor run of form continued as they failed to find a way past a resolute Fulham defense. The visitors had a few chances to get back into the game, but they were unable to convert them, while Fulham looked dangerous on the break throughout.
