COVID-19 is spread through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks. These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs. COVID-19 can also spread by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it, then touching your own mouth, nose, or eyes.

- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches

What can you do to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
There are a number of things you can do to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, including:

- Stay home when you are sick.
